The Schnitzlerstube is dedicated to the great art of wood carving from Brienz. You will find excellent works of art by Peter Sochor and other well-known carvers from Brienz.
Here you will meet people from the hotel, from Brienz and the surrounding area and this is where many a friendship, acquaintance and love affair began. Some ended even at the registry office!
